Where do I buy a debit card?

we dont buy laaaa..we subscribe

Debit card must be apply.Do u have any bank acc?If u,then u can apply for it with a small fee or free depend on which bank u apply for it.

U know what is a debit card or not? Debit means deduct from a bank acct. Means u gotta have money in order to use it.

Credit card is diff. Banks loan u the money and u pay back with interest.

Well...you're correct but to apply for a PB Visa Electron Debit Card you don't need to have a saving account. But still need to apply through bank( for a small fee) for security reason I guess.

Forgot already whether PB did charge me or not when I first time register for their debit card... i think PB Visa Electron Debit Card is the best coz only they can provide worldwide (so far) payment without any restriction...

If not mistaken, ever heard smeone say that u can buy a debit card from 711.

neway airasia got debit card i think. tunecard maybe, dont need any bank account.

Yeah, who say cannot buy? Who say need account? EON and Ambank debit card can bought and reload at 7-11. In fact I going to buy my EON debit card reload later at 7-11.

maybank visa debit = free

PB, EON and (maybe) Ambank charge RM12 per year. Eon use 12 times no charge.

Maybank debit FREE

if u dont want go threw account ...AMBANK cathay DEBIT card lo

Free because deduct from account. Also can be use as normal ATM card to withdraw saving account. BUT cannot use for online if I not wrong.

Yeah I forgot that too. Can use EON and Ambank for online transactions? How about linking to paypal?

I only say what I know.

EON/PB/Tunes - online, ebay and paypal
Ambank - online and ebay. Not sure about paypal.

Need to check again user comments at another forum. Being discuss there before.

Mmm... I get my EON one for free, with RM60 inside. :-)

I just verified my Paypal account using Tune Card. Would try to withdraw soon.

It's a prepaid debit card, you don't need a bank account.

where can withdraw paypal converted money? just poke the card in ATM?
