wonder y everytime use the usb to update software or what ever, it must coz my memory card program n software all lost. my god!!
the memory card size is no change, mean all program r still inside, but not show in my installation folder? where they gone? can retrieve back?

totally agree with u, before update firmware, my battery can last for 3-4 days, now..... 2 days is the most can last for. i tried to reinstall the firmware again but not work, still 2 days the most.

wonder y this will happen... haiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii ..... sad

just upgraded the newest version of firmware, so far still found nothing updated. anyway... no harm to upgrade coz i previous firmware is not so good too. thinking to hard reset by this weekend. the dictionary software will still be there after reset?

so far still not feel any different after upgrade the firmware.
only found 3 new app, my space, facebook and youtube added in media folder.

yo..i seem like feel some improment in my battery life, i upgrade firmware n charge my battery last friday nite, ans so far only used 2 bars only. I really wish it can back to the time i just bought it, it simply can last 3-4 days per charge. It was down to max 2 days only since i upgrade to 210 firmware.

Just 1 thing now, aft upgrade, i lost the signed cert, my cam now got shutther sound again, feel not syok. Any1 got the easy way to unsign, how to find the cert n install? Thansk!

not bad not bad, the screen look bigger after taken out the top n bottom bars. haha

be honest la, if u r new for sign n unsign, it will take sometime to make it easy. after u made ur 1st cert, u will know what todo after all.
is just 1 extra step before we install the app. spend u less than 1 min.
no big deal rite.

after install the latest firmware, my standby clock back to normal woh, everything fine.

i don think so it will happen, coz most of the applications are quite small in file size.
have u install and delete many app b4? coz sometime after u restart ur hp, upgrade ur software,
it also cause your app lost but actually the app still in ur memory card.

Added on July 19, 2009, 2:20 pmmy e71 can last for min 3 days before i upgrade to any new version of firmware.
once i upgrade to 2nd firmware, my battery SUDDENLY dry very fast, from min 3 days to now max 2 days only.

beside, u all did encounter the "installation failed" once you restart your hp?
it make my hp run very slow, after suffering for few months, i finally do a soft and hard reset yesterday.
just installed all app in and give a full charge today.

so far the installation time after restart hp is solved, it just take few seconds to stop the installation.
now wanna see how long the battery can last after my reset. hopefully can last longer time.

1 thing wanna ask all si fu here, after reset the phone, why the firmware is still the newest version 300?
i thought it will return to 200 where confirm the firmware can make the battery last longer.

if you r in original firmware which is 200.... , i suggest don upgrade to any new firmware, co the oldest is the best, the battery life can last min 3 to 4 days. As long as u upgrade once, finish.... don wish can recover.

i did upgraded to 300 recently and found battery life no change, still 2 days the most. then i dare dare do a soft and hard reset my e71, now can last for 3 days again. haha....

any way la... u all just know that singaporean alway hold new hp set, what omnia, iphone, .... actually they also spend /wasted alot of money in buy/sell hp jah.... since u know sg alway release new hp model, then what about the old model? cheap sales lo, so 2nd hand hp is no value here. at least in msia... u use 1 hp can last for few years, in sg, they change hp i think will less than 1 year.

ohya.. im malaysian who working in sg. hehe... just share share my tot only
