Sounds like music composed just for the purpose relaxing spa effect. I got one whole stack of music like this...from forest to woods to water to etc.... All are simple composition and you can easily listen to it and play on the piano if you got good ears and perfect pitch. well, I am trying to say... Its not a classical piece, its a pop. like those yiruma and richard clayderman play and for this particular piece, you can hardly find the piece.... coz its styles sounds like the piece was used solely as a spa music and nothing more including pieces for students/pianist. maybe to look for this piece, you have to contact the company that produce this album(water spa music kinda album) and ask for it.... they wont simply give you anyway.

so the only way is to listen to it and try to play on the piano. Those special effects made the song sounds alot nicer but its a simple piece that can be compose in 1 day.

Intro
G-A-D
G-A-Bm

Verse
G-A-D-Bm
G-A-Bm
G-A-Bm-D

Chorus
G-A-D-Bm

No bridge. Haha, sorry its not orderly or anything. Just use your ears to get it perfect.

If u wanna do the electric lead, its in Bm pentatonic/D major pentatonic.

Cheers!

it is possible to use only those strings. and i was wrong about pentatonic. Use the full D-major for the lead.

e|-------------------------|
B|-------------------------|
G|-------------------------|
D|---------------------2---|
A|-5-5-4-2-2-2-2-2-4-5---4-|
E|-------------------------|

e|-----------------------------|
B|-----------------------------|
G|-----------------------------|
D|-4-4-2---------------2-------|
A|-------5-4-2-0-2-4-5---5-4-2-|
E|-----------------------------|

The first two bars. Listen to song for timing. The rest are variations of these 2 lines.

you just need practice. sight read from the most simple piano pieces, maybe just 1 hand. then try 2 hands, then more advance pieces once you're ok with the more simple ones.

remember your first english text book during your primary school? did you realize how easy and simple they're? and try to compare to e.g. form 3 english text book? are you surprised you can actually read them fairly well and fluently, and reading primary school ones are dead easy?

music is a language. practice, practice, and practice.
