sometimes the electronic gadget very hard to tell when it want to spoilt, that why we need a good warranty service..

just claim, don't tell them dropped, but if cannot not claim, service center will tell you cannot claim, just based on their report, then depend on you can accept or not..

now the package of N85 don't come with the AV cable any more..

may be nokia reduce the selling price and take out some accessories, same to the N82 also..

ap? i'm not sure, but you can check before you buy..
if you get the brand new cable with RM89 is consider cheap..but i think you can get from those ppl who not using it is much cheaper..

why? silrave's N85 still having problem?

you ca try to check with the NCC first, sometime the spare parts not expensive as you thought, but u have to pay labour charge..then u can consider who you want to pay..
but if u give to NCC repair, then the AP company also won't respond on the unit anymore..because they will said tempered by 3rd party..
just my experience to share..good luck..

if your one is official unit, then will waive the labour charge and normally the warranty still continue, unless is very teruk then is different case..
