how do you reformat the memory card from the device?

Go to file manager then select memory card den click options. U will see the format option there..

Guys today after i updated the latest software v20.175. i found a problem, when i am in calling mode (talking phone), i went to inbox and open a message, my phone will hang there, no responding.i tried many times, thing keep happen, make me cant reply sms when i am in calling or talking with frens. this only happen after i updated the new firmware. firmware v11.xxx working well before.any suggestion?can i roll back to firmware v11.xxx?

i update using cable and pc..

it is recommended to update FOTA,, using WiFI.. but make sure the connection is strong..

i using pc and cable too..
why update using FOTA is betteR?

I updated using wifi.. No problem took 5 min to download the installer and around 10 min to update..
