brother, it's not a typo.

i'm having trouble with creating a profile.
after entering the details etc, it says "Unable to retrieve Exchange Server name. Enter server name in the Connection settings" and shortly followed by "System error. Please try again later."

doesn't the connection settings tab come AFTER creating the profile?
or was it referring to Tools -> Settings -> Connection?
this is the latest version of MfE in the v.20 firmware.
what's the way to resolve it?

yeah i've seen the demo.
basically those msgs pop up after "Retrieving Exchange Server name..."
so i can't even get to the Connection settings which is the next step.
what should i do???

i haven't been able to find any solutions on the web, but thank you so much for your helpfulness and prompt replies.

i prefer the copper. it really complements the front and it's more unique compared to the usual black/silver/dark grey phones.

how do you reformat the memory card from the device?
