Hi, just finish read the 1st few pages regarding iTunes, but can't find what i want.

I know we can share apps between iphones if we authorize it.

This morning, i downloaded few free apps into pc A in my gf house and
later night, i use my iTunes in my house (we stay different place) and i need to re-download back all the apps i dowloaded this morning at her places. (both using same itunes account)

I learn that 1 of the ways to share is copy the apps in her pc and move into my pc and authorize it which is troublesome for me (i want itunes to auto redownload all my previous app for me) possible?

I try the method as suggested by few members, which according to them, if we re-download back the app, will have msg like "app download before, do you want to download again for free?"

Well i did some experiment and re-download skype at my house ( i download skype at her house this morning) and the message did not appear and itunes treat it as a new download and download it normally.

Anyone here to enlighten me? I manage download a free app in her house this morning but now they charge $$ for the app when i try to download it now. I worry if i download the app now, $$ will charge into my credit card.

Yes, both us using same account (same username and password)

I want to use an app which i download it free yesterday at my gf place but the app is no longer free the next day. Kinda worry if i download it now into my PC and charge into my credit card.

This is the 1st time I use iTunes, lol. Both us just purchase iPhone yesterday.

Is it ok for me to click "Buy" since i download it free 1 day before?

xpresside did mention the msg only appear if download paid app and not free app.

Not to be a cheap ass, i don't mind paying for app, but paying for an app that i previously download if for free will kinda like an idiot.

Ya, i know there are other workarounds:

1. Sync the iPhone (with the app) to the pc that do not have the app, or
2. Copy the app(from the pc that have the app) and put into the new pc and
authorize it.

Both ways workable, just i want it more simpler, just download again with
my itunes. Well, guess i will continue to find solution for this approach. Worst case will try contact with Apple support.

Will keep you all posted if i have any news regarding this matter.

Well, there is an option for you to select "dont warn me again if i make purchase..." something like this when you click to purchase the app. You might click it before?

Well, guess I can't find a straight forward answer here with so many forum member with diff experience. lol

I will give Apple support team a call and rectify with them. Not sure can call them today or not since it is Sunday.
Will try tomorrow.

Hm, for some reason, the actual page cant be open, Apple have schedule update for the support website. The link above is google cache.

xrenoz, well, the actual steps is when u click on the item u purchase before, it will prompt you if you want to purchase the item or not, will bill to your account bla bla bla... When you click buy, only the message, you purchase the app before, click to download free Hope that help.

Hm, well, u might click on the option "dont remind me when next purchase...." something like this?
I have the billing alert and bottom part of the alert have this option do disable reminder.

Remember to de-authorize your current iTunes account in the OS before proceed to format.

If not you will less 1 computer (max 5) for authorization.
The only way to get back the missing authorization is to reset all your authorization (can only be done once a year).

Regarding the back up, i not really familiar. Wait for other Gurus reply
