2. Transfering your applications to a new Computer
Option 1. You get to re-download all the purchased app from iTunes for free if you happen to move to a new computer or lost all your previous data. iTunes/iPod/iPhone will prompt you that you already purchased the app, and do you want to re-download it for free. (credit wei)



hi guys .. got question regarding itunes apps related ..


from the above .. its look like we can transfer our app to other pc right ..
let say if someone gave me his iphone with lots of paid apps in it.. then if i transfer all the apps into my pc..
does the app become mine ? does he still have the same app in his pc ?

is it like the movie on the itunes ...

because on itunes .. if im buying a HD movie on my pc .. and later if i want to transfer it to my new pc , i need to authorize the new pc right .. is it the same with iphone app ?

guys .. i dont know what happen to my itunes , but it said that my account is authorized to play on 2 computer. doh.gif

i never share my account with anyone , its just yesterday that i was so bored so i downloaded a tv show "LOST" from the itunes using wifi,

later, i played it on my iphone .. after that , when i returned home and synced my iphone, it asked me to authorize my pc again to transfer the purchase from my iphone.

i just keyin my email n password .. later , it says that my account has authorized 2 pc out of 5 pc .. how is this possible ? sweat.gif

is it because i downloaded and played the tv show on my iphone ?

the thing is .. this account is just being created for iphone purpose actually ... and i dont share my account ..

it does hang .. happens alot .. maybe thats the reason ..
dem .. i dont want to use all 5 just to remove it ...

i tried deauthorized and authorized back .. but nothing happen ..still got 2 authorized pc at last ..
