hi guys here, urgently help need...i get back my iphone , i click restore, all have , just ,my contact num all gone...what should i do now?pls help me ....pls

i accidently click i tunes --->> info n slick contact , all my contact gone, now i try restore but all the things stil have , just my contact all gone, PLS help me , wat sholud i do now/pls ..thhanks
