Hi, i got a question about itune and the ios that i wanna ask.

REcently i try to upgrade my ios to 4.2 since my current one is 3.1.3.

when i click update on itunes, they always come out with "Iphone software update server could not be contacted. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later."

may i know what happened and why i cannot upgrade?

I'm using the old Iphone 3G.
