What i do is disable auto sync then choose "transfer purchase to pc"..All the apps will be sync to the pc.
Havent tried for songs though...

As long as your backup wasnt deleted then you can copy and paste it into the new computer.

What software can i use to retrieve my backups without need of restoring my iphone?
