I was trying to dowload free apps from itunes and I keep on getting this message:

"We could not complete your itunes store request. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again.

Have run the diagnostic and I have failed the secured connection part to iTunes.

What could be the solution?
