Quit you iTunes, browse My Documents/My Music/iTunes/Previous iTunes Libraries, select a library which before you uninstall your iTunes 8.2 and rename it as "iTunes Library.itl". Copy the renamed file and replace the iTunes Library.itl in the iTunes folder. Start your iTunes and yiou will able to get back your libraries as the stated library date.
