my iphone keep show connect to itunes on the screen after update 3.01 even my usb is connecting iphone and also open itunes

now at itunes didnt show the iphone device
and cant do anything on the phone now
restart also same....just show me connect to itunes
i had to connect to itunes also ntg happening to the phone and also itunes

so wat can i do now?
