Tinkerbel: Nop, never get any 2nd prompt, I've did some googling, and I found out that it's mainly because those files are not in my iTunes folder in My Documents. Having said that, I think it's because iTunes will only manage the itunes music folder, rather than other music folders. That's why =(

Getting Japan itunes.

1. It is there in the list. But most wouldnt notice. It's right at the bottom. written in kanji or is it kana.

2. Go to the app store.

3. Download a free app.

4. You'll be asked for an account. So create new.

5. You'll get the option of selecting 'None' as the payment option.

6. Get any valid address in Japan. Only 3 parts of the address will be verified. Postal code, Prefecture and City. The rest you can even make up your own.

7. Then choose an email for the code to be sent. Gmail takes arnd 2 days. Yahoo almost instantly. Hotmail my code is still MIA! so go figure!

8. You are almost done. Check your email for the activation email, click the link and voila! Japan iTunes Account!

9. BUY CREDITS!

10. Shop 'til u drop.....dead!

In that case looks like U haf to manage your music collection manually. I used to do it but it was too much of a hassle so I now let iTunes manage my entire collection of Music

If U can read Chinese U'll know 日本 (re pen) stands for Japan; it's weird Apple Store didn't put Japan instead *shrugs* but it's good U found it now

loving the content of it ,thinking whether i should set up a japan acc / us acc together with the malaysia one .. hmmm ... whats' your opinion ?
( and i can't wait to get my hands on 3gs, 10days countingdown )

I don't see Y one should have so many iTunes account; I'm happy with my current US iTunes account

the reason for me to get a malaysia acc iis because i only can buy app by my credit card thru the malaysia one , and the jp / us one required gift cert
but to be honest , the jp / us one provide a lot more selection so i m getting both acc and finding way to get gift cert

sorry char bo! you are now speaking to a bloke with three iTunes accounts (usa, oz and behold... japan!)

lol . so do i , i read every pinned thread to kill time and learn more but i still confuse bout an iphone having more then one itunes acc, just hope that i wont mess thing up .
as far as i know , if say i log in to what u say the x ( msia) acc and sync all my app , and next time i use the same mac and log in to diff acc - y (us vers) and sync the app that i bought in y acc , will itunes erase all my x version app in the phone ? how do i manage both together?

if you are on OS3.0, it doesn't matter anymore because you can simply log on and off from the settings.

that is why i canceled that part off already. it is not relevant anymore.

i used my pc to register my iphone previously and after that i reset my phone. my cousin bro used my pc to sync his iphone (after i register and i guess the info overlapped). What do i do now? can i use back the same pc? or do i need to re-register?

My iPhone dont seem to detect the camera. When i enter the camera app they say " Error! No camera detected!" . This only happens after i updated to 3.0. Before i update my firmware my camera app is inside a folder that i created using Categories. How can i solve this?
