Im writing from the point of view a guy. Im not sure if I can talk on behalf of the guys but here goes. Relationship like anything else MUST (I hope I make that part clear enough) be built with a good and strong foundation. Anything less than that would leave the building or relationship built on top of it shaky and nobody want to live in an shaky building.

Staying in this relationship would be filled with distrust and feeling insecure. One day, if he ever cheat on you, he would make you feel that he got the rights to do it. I can go on and on about this but for me, if he can't forget what you have done in the past, he does not deserve your love. Set free a love, if it comes back to you, you'll know that it belongs to you.
