There most be something wrong with your hardware then. You did a very good job on the cables. I don't know how many fans you can put into your casing but more fans will help the cooling. I can see a FM123 on the exhaust.
His idle is 56C and load is 66C. He didn't put Realtemp on his first screenshot.

My question here is not about my temp getting higher when OC or wut...but can u all
spot the different on IDLE & LOAD on 4 of my cores?and 4 ur information i repeat it back i got this prob since i bought it & since i know nothing about OC and run this proc at stock speed which is 2.66ghz..
all the 4 cores on high temp all the time
...this is wut im asking....why the temp not lower at idle even at normal stock speed...i hope its clear by now
