Yea.. I think so too, that everyone who applied have to sit for it no matter qualified or not.. But the problem is, what happen if our test result turns out different from and doesn't support our initial application? Then we lose qualification right away or we are offered a course that is suitable according to our 'test' result?
Because this is new, most of us don't know what is happening.. I just hope this test result doesn't influence UPU's application thats all.

I think its objective since we are ask to bring pencil and erasers. I'm not that sure though. if it is objective, expect a lot of questions. I think the kind of question are most likely psychology related questions, like those kind of question you get in women's magazine: those answers that leads to another meaning.

the test is like a survey form, ask about your personality and...
quite useless questions and got some sensitive questions about religion inside, so answer smart la..

the Kolej Matrikulasi Perak at gopeng there, i think take bus can go there but i think quite hard also la, by car is the best.. at gopeng there i think there are sign boards that can lead you to the Kolej Matrikulasi Perak..

Is the test compulsory?

Yes it's compulsory for those who applied in USM. This is the 1st year they are selecting their own students so I don't know how the system works. Basically in my opinion Munsyi is about the same test you get when you went for the JPA interview. Am I correct?

yes, 343 questions in an hour, but many people can finish it within 45 minutes..
the test actually not like exam questions, it is a survey..

for example:
question no.xxx: anda suka menjadi seorang penyanyi?
the choice is just: ya atau tidak. just hitamkan your choice..

question no.xxx: anda bertindak berdikari dalam menyelesaikan masalah?
the choice are: sangat tidak setuju, tidak setuju, tidak pasti, setuju, sangat setuju. just hitamkan your choice..

somethings like that la..

True.. Munsyi test is seriously on psychological evaluation, nothing to panic about and seriously nothing to study about.. Use logic to answer, don't simply answer stupid, later u get stupid course.. And it's actually so much more easier than those indonesia uni entrance exams, i saw copies of it, man.. like repeating F6 all over again.. the agony..

@sprint: You can email them to ask, but you don't need to study and it's only for an hour. Just go for it. Skipping the test will most definitely get you rejected because you don't even show effort in taking their given exam

USM is not really an entrance exam although they make it sound like it.. if u take jpa interview test then itz something similar.. kinda dumb if u ask me, cuz u ady want the course tat u applied rite? places like indo, us, s'pore and such countries, now their entrance exam is really exam punya, tat one must study, u dun study KO for sure.. so dun blame malaysia la, just be thankful our gov dun implement such system.. cuz wanna help some ppl la..
