I would like to correct some statement here...


you cannot refinance to a same bank, you can only request to restructure or top-up.

refinance is when you choose to switch your financing party, ie from Bank A to Bank B.

when it's done internally, its call restructure.

i believe you can request for a top-up loan if you wish to cash-out from your existing financier.
