new bird here. loan from alliance bank rm79,300 on nov, 2000. my outstanding is about rm67,000 now. my apartment's market value is rm110k now.
my question is can i refinance from the same bank and loan for rm100,000? |

better refinance to other bank coz for existing customer for ur own bank the interate revise wont be much different. YES u can top up ur loan based on the current market value for cashing out some own use. but the rate wont be tat attractive enuff.
For ur case i did suggest u go for CIMB Bank. They do provide ZEC wif BLR - 1.8~ BLR-2.05 ( NZEC ) . Can consider that =) |

because before year 2007 , all the BLR are PLUS , ending of year 2007 started BLR - 1% , tats y for TS case bought in year 2000 , interest rate definitely more than 7 %

I would like to correct some statement here...
you cannot refinance to a same bank, you can only request to restructure or top-up. refinance is when you choose to switch your financing party, ie from Bank A to Bank B. when it's done internally, its call restructure. i believe you can request for a top-up loan if you wish to cash-out from your existing financier. |
