our only hope now is proxy.
now i depends fully on proxy to do my download & surfing.

my Downstream DSLAM from 1024Kbps changed to 256Kbps since wednesday till now.

dunno what SCREAMYX are doing.Complain them also like no feeling.

i only use proxy to dl during 2 - 7am
