218.111 and 218.208 are the best ip routing so far hehehe my friend in Segambut also get that one lah special case
*
219.94 as well, used to be a very solid good IP.

Ok, review time. 60.49.x IP. MX510 is right on the speed. Top notch performance.

So far so good. If you are in the 60.49.x cluster, try rolling for that IP, at least you have 75% of efficiency to your browsing and productivity. I cant do speedtest since i am current using 100% of the bandwidth to clear up my on going piling projects.

Forget about how slow the speed.

It's suffering when you can't even connect to streamyx for more than 24 hours. It's not me only but majority of the user in the same area.

The customer services sucks to the max level. Nobody will pick up the phones let alone entertain you.
*
Simply said, TM is avoiding the problems. Many speculation arise on the slowdown. Some said its a political interference while some claimed that TM failed to upkeep the international link contract and currently trying to generate revenue to resume the contract. Whatever they may say, TM still need to let us know what is going on or else the majority give up on TM and move to other options.

TM hires low education people and gave them foundation training on the most general issues and topics, that is it. Want to see what do these customer service do usually? Go to VADs building at TTDI and you will be shocked.

I was away for a holiday and when i came back 2 days ago, i was shocked to see the internet is at the unusable state where all connectivity comes out null with connection interruption or timeouts. Let alone the speedtest results, we are talking stability this time.

Haha... I aso nth can say... dl movie in megaupload, rapidshare or easy-share something also dam worst... 3 - 6kbps... Calling TmNut they say if u nid fast u must take fix ip address then ur connection fast... =.="

Never believe them. The IP given in Fixed IP is in the same range with the dynamic IP. The neighbour office in my block uses the Fixed IP from Streamyx and got the 124.x.x range and it was slow. Currently they have digi broadband as backup.

Its all cover up, there is NO faulty cables or whatsoever. Since the 56k days, TM have came out with reasons like that, blaming others for the problems. Instead of solving the issue day by day, they created more problems within problems, slapping brainless terms and conditions and horrible customer support as their escape route from angry customers.

I bet the next step TM is moving into is on blaming the household account holders for the bottleneck of the internet during peak hours and weekends.

they are throttling utorrent 1.9 , starting to get slow speed already!

Torrent in general is slow now. Bet TM capped all other ports and shifted the bandwidth for something else. This is getting obvious now since we knew that TM might have lost a few contracts on the sub cable links that greatly affected us.
