So basically nothing new then... same as what was already obviously going on from before. I was hoping for some new insider info.

I too was hoping for some new info from tech3910's encounter with the TM technician, (like a resolution date)but its nothing that has not already been said many times over the hundreds of posts in these forums.

TM hires low education people and gave them foundation training on the most general issues and topics, that is it. Want to see what do these customer service do usually? Go to VADs building at TTDI and you will be shocked.

If you've been there and seen it for yourself, please share with us your experience. We all cannot go there and see for ourselves.

Today i got 218.111 ip range weird long time no see

Could you please answer the following.
1. What Streamyx package you are on?
2. Have you been making complaints about slow connections to 100 etc?
3. Watch your IP each time you connect. If you get 218, please note if you are being assigned to a small range, eg 218.111.6.x each time.

reconnect
218.111.AB.112
reconnect
218.111.AB.113

Is AB = 6 in your case? This is similar to roy_pck a few weeks back. Maybe users with 4MB have been downgrading their packages and TM decided to do something about it or lose money.

Ok great. Now people that subscribes to the cheaper packages will get a shittier service.
*
Or they are trying to get people to upgrade to the higher package to get better speeds and get more money that way?

For those having problems, are you using OpenDNS? It might be worth trying to use Streamyx DNS temporarily and restart everything and see if there is a difference.

There appears to be a lag to OpenDNS via certain connections eg alter.net. currently This may be causing issues. You may try by seeing if you can access www.opendns.com at normal speed or not.

It was TMNUT internal network infrastructure routing FUCUK UP since day 1, they try to cover it up with excuses until some engineer revealed it on local blog.

Which blog article are you referring to? Can you provide a link?

Why can't I tracert beyond 219.93.218.177, and suddenly the ping to local site also reach 600ms ping since an hour ago.
*
Because TM has set its routers not to respond to requests from windows tracert like programs.
