anyone knows where can get cheaper Tempur? just now i went to isetan wanting to look for latex pillows, was shown 2 types rm100+ but don't realy like it, then saw the brand Tempur, and the salesgirl asked me to try sleep on it, wow it's so great and comfortable. I always have neck pain and headache almost everyday, reallly need to get a good one, if can really cure the problem then is great, but she said rm400+ even after discount, really very expensive. is there anywhere can get slightly cheaper? thanks..

this thread may be old, but since i stumbled upon it doing a search, my recommendation would be a serta memotex pillow.
i've bought many pillows spending a lot of money, and i've even seen tempur pillows which are really tooooo expensive (so cant compare to tempur) but if you dont want to spend too much (it's not really cheap either) get a serta memotex pillow. i got mine from harvey norman for RM269, and I have to say, it's the best investment for my sleep. unfortunately, recently i did an x-ray and doctor told me i had cervical spondylosis, which caused constant stiff necks and headaches the size of china, so getting the right pillow was really tough. this one guys... highly recommended. |

Seems like alot of people are giving negative feedbacks to down feather pillows.
I am using down feather + feather pillow. It was a gift and was from Aussino and I've checked that the price is about RM230 - not too sure. I experience no foul smell nor feeling any feather poking on my head nor headache/neck pain after sleeping on it for 2 years. One has to put the pillow under the sun every week and then sort of puff it to get the bounce back into the pillow. I've even washed it in my washine machine before and dried it under the sun. Every half hour i'll puff it and turn the other side. It dried 100% with no smell at the end of the day. Bringing it to the dry cleaners will actually make the pillow smell like it's 'burnt' due to the dryer being too hot in the machine hence the burnt smell. |

call up tune hotel and ask
Now I am betting my money on Jean Perry Contour Eco Health Bamboo Memory pillow (9/11cm high). For those who prefer high neck support should opt for the Classic Eco Health Bamboo Memory pillow (14cm high!). My in law tried the one I bought and said it is too low for them and got a smell (I think is bamboo smell which is ok for me). In stead they informed me that they prefer the Akemi Memory pillow I bought some time ago which I found out too high for me. Anyway, Eco Health pillow is not as cooling as some of the normal polyester fibre pillow you can find in the market. So decide for yourself This post has been edited by yurayong: May 2 2011, 11:03 PM |

Just few days ago I received a dunlopillo latex pillow as gift but I do not need it, willing to let go at RM150. It comes in a dunlopillo box and has a white cover. Not sure same with the one in post #21 or not, most probably not. PM me if interested.
