Just wanna ask if anybody got this problem on their MBP where there is a red line from top to bottow of the screen?

I got this problem on my MBP and if it is due to hardware problem?

Hi,
I have Macbook Pro 13 Mid 2010. The problem i am facing now is unable to power up the unit. Adaptor have green lights on it. Before it went dead on me, the fan was spinning very loud. Once i switched it off, i am unable to switch it back on. Any ideas what seems to be the problem? Logic board? Thank you.
