As the topic said, i got a macbook white new spec. The webcam sometimes hang and the green light 'on'.

Only way to solve it is to shut down the mac and wait for a while before turning on the mac. It is very troublesome.

I send back to maccity to diagnose and they say no problem at all. i get back my macbook with 'two minor scratch'.

Any idea to solve this problem?

it is the macbook white not alu. but its the new version one. no problem with the usb ports. just camera problem like what u just describe.
