Hi guys,want to ask you all about macbook pro power adapter.mine is broken already,the cord connection from the laptop to the adapter.weird,dont know how it happen.it just like patah.but still usable at the moment with masking tape.but need to ganti.

anyway,what do you suggest with a third party/OEM power adapter?is it ok?i mean i dont want any side effects etc to my battery or laptop.been searching on ebay and found those third party quite cheap,the original is damn expensive,even the ones in msia is RM249.

My 15inch macbook pro kena just few days back. It was ok since i bought it end 2011. Planning to bukak the hdd and take out all my files first before sending to Apple Service Centre. I don't have apple care after the first year. I hope with that article, they will service for free.
