I'm a new owner of a Macbook Pro 13" and a few days ago i realised that i cant seem to be able to press Shift+z. both the buttons seem to work independantly and with other buttons (e.g. Shift+r, Command+z). and the even more intriguing this is that i am able to press Shift+Command+z. This may be a stupid question, but is this normal? And what should i do if it isnt?

Just Contacted them. A service personnel guided me through a restart and he confirmed that the problem isn't intended. In the end he said it was likely a hardware problem and advised me to send my MBP to a service centre. The only problem is there isnt any authorised service centre in Kuching that's on his list... Any one can point me to one in Kuching??
