I am planning to buy a house in KL.

First thing, I have no clue abt what I should buy and where to buy.
My wish list:

Budget: RM200k-RM300k
House type: Condo or link house (difficult lah)
Location: Not sure where is the best, but hope it is close to KLCC.
I plan to drive to KLCC to work.
I also need to get to Aiport easily.

If got LRT better still.

Please share your thoughts and advice.
TQ

If im not mistaken, got people want to sell near my house. Im at Taman Melati, Setapak, near Taman Melati Putra LRT Station and Terminal Putra (Gombak) Putra LRT Station. To get to KLCC u can use either LRT Putra to KLCC (RM 2.30, one way, per ticket or u can buy monthly pass-not sure how much these days, maybe rm90 or rm100  ), or travel by car via Jalan Jelatek/Ampang/AKLEH.

There is also Platinum Victory (Condo) here.

I`ll try to find some numbers for houses that these people want to sell (If available). Not sure by the price tho. U can also scout for property at Wangsa Maju, Setiawangsa.

TQ, I have friend who bought PV-condo. The condo is ok. But I dont like it as its near to TARC. I got bad experience with TARC ppl.

Maybe you can scout for properties near sri petaling/old klang road.

it's fairly near to city center, and its minutes away from Sg Besi highway that will allow easy access to KLIA and LCCT

And if you wanted LRT within walking distance, there are some condos near bukit jalil stadium too.

Can you tell me more on the Bkt Jalil stadium? Savana Condo is it? sounds pretty good right?thanks

Wouldn't that be even further away from the airports which is one of the requirements by TS?

That's right:) too far away from airport. Is nilai a good choice?
