I am planning to buy a house in KL.

First thing, I have no clue abt what I should buy and where to buy.
My wish list:

Budget: RM200k-RM300k
House type: Condo or link house (difficult lah)
Location: Not sure where is the best, but hope it is close to KLCC.
I plan to drive to KLCC to work.
I also need to get to Aiport easily.

If got LRT better still.

Please share your thoughts and advice.
TQ

Maybe you can scout for properties near sri petaling/old klang road.

it's fairly near to city center, and its minutes away from Sg Besi highway that will allow easy access to KLIA and LCCT

And if you wanted LRT within walking distance, there are some condos near bukit jalil stadium too.

If im not mistaken, got people want to sell near my house. Im at Taman Melati, Setapak, near Taman Melati Putra LRT Station and Terminal Putra (Gombak) Putra LRT Station. To get to KLCC u can use either LRT Putra to KLCC (RM 2.30, one way, per ticket or u can buy monthly pass-not sure how much these days, maybe rm90 or rm100 ), or travel by car via Jalan Jelatek/Ampang/AKLEH.

There is also Platinum Victory (Condo) here.

I`ll try to find some numbers for houses that these people want to sell (If available). Not sure by the price tho. U can also scout for property at Wangsa Maju, Setiawangsa.

Wouldn't that be even further away from the airports which is one of the requirements by TS?

Than Nilai is far from KLCC.
You work in KLCC but need to go airport frequently I presume. So I would say Setapak might be a good choice since there's LRT.

Sri Petaling or Bukit Jalil.. both got LRT (ok .. Sri Petaling LRT is on the other side of Kesas highway)..

you can get to KL via Jalan Sg Besi den SMART tunnel..

getting KLIA via Maju Exp. via Sri Petaling entrance at KESAS highway..

Condos and Apartments are plenty within that budget range.. however, Svanna currently goin more den 300k (unless u manage to spot some desperate seller)

happy hunting

Getting KLIA via KL-Seremban is abit too far IMHO.. the interchange to Elite HW is in nilai which means goin down south and goin up north again.. smile.gif

Sri Petaling,Bukit Jalil is the best i think, 15min to KLCC, 25min to KLIA
using the same highway(putrajaya highway), traffic in this highway super smooth all the time

I'm staying in Sri Petaling for 20+ years by the way, hehe smile.gif
Sri Petaling surrounded by alot major highway.
LRT also nearby within walking distance.

And most important property price is not too high, it's in your budget smile.gif

beb. That's even further away from the airports compared to those on the South side of Klang valley.
