at least you all get it better than my maxis bb. T.T 54kbs constantly... but when my luck shine, 1.2mbs is not a pain at all.

Just terminated p1 wimax. Was using it for the past 1 year( since launch ). First 4 or 5 months, speed was good. After that, speed downgraded monthly. Last few months, speed was ok from like 4am to 10am in the morning, can get max speed while surfing/downloading/streaming videos. At other times, everything is slow, downloads, even loading lowyat.net takes forever. Called up their tech support and was told that the area im in has alot of subscribers and i need to position my modem at the opposite direction to get connected to another base station which is less congested. Good suggestion, with the only problem being, i live in a condo. Moving the modem to face the opposite direction is not possible. At least with streamyx, web page loads at normal speed most of the time, which makes it much better than P1. If an area is congested with alot of subscribers, my problem that i cant place the modem to face another direction or P1s problem that they cant cater to the number of users with acceptable service at that location ?

P1 at start when i just sub the speed soso , after 1 month become like that

The most shitty ISP ever on earth......I jus called up them,their bloody so called technical service consultant dosent answer my question and keep putting me on hold without asking my consent.each time last for 8 mins at lest

My problem was,my P1 could not use for the past 3 days, and I would like to have them rectified it and if so compensate me for the 3 days losses. Even though their service have never been satisfactory but i can still bear with it (2 to 3 lines signal since I subscribed to 9/2009,),but totally cut off this time...it is way too much ! Eventually it dint help much,the call lasted for 40 mins and with 20 mins listening to their "lovely P1 jingle"....Sweat

when I refer to termination process,the fellow told me you have penalty charge and max is RM999 subject to' the way you talk to them' when you go to their P1 main building at jln 222... OMG

doesn't a customer deserve a better internet service and a professional manner of advising customer...i end the call by telling him,you are helpful in providing me the termination process,the rest None !!!!

I come here to share is,becos I can bear for no more....

P1 suxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx!

P1 message is not real. They say have been solve the problem but still unable to surf the website.

I continue to call P1 CareLine everyday. After 1 weeks, they fix the problem.
2 days after solving my 1 problem, I report another problem.

2nd case:
The connection is very slow. My download speed is 1Mb/s drop down until 50kb/s.
