mmm...like this lah..a simple thing is...bank in/deposit cash into your saving/current account to make it exactly or more RM6,000. (if you have not enuf money then, pinjam sapa2 duit 1st, promise to return back the money after VISA approved...ONLY for printed bank statement..like my cousin did...she only RM3,000 cash for everything in Japan for a week holiday...so she need apply for the VISA right?
so in her bank account only have RM90.00 so how to apply? min req. is RM6,000 right? so she got to bank in RM3k, 1st after she borrows/collected bout 7 friend to make it cash on hand for RM3k, so she bank in the all cash...in the statement, of course her balance printed RM6,090.00 correct?
Then after VISA approved bout 4 days then, immediately she cash out all in the counter for RM6k, return it back to her 7 friends total of RM3k...END OF THE STORY!
huh...simple wattt? (in terms everything is complete document lol)

The police ONLY act after 'the thingy' happens!!!! thats only I scared bout..because I got case reported to the Japan Police but then...they replied 'IF anything just call 110!!!' thats all...so I more salute to our Malaysian Police still!
