Aiyoh, when Freddy showed me the R3 today I expressed interest (RM200+ .. i forgot the exact figure), and when I spoke of the R1-LE he said it's in his warehouse but didn't take it.. otherwise I'd be taking a day off work tomorrow to play

Hi guys, just sharing some input from the hardware-side. Very discouraging to get those BB sticks. A standard HRAP3 will do just fine, as they use QDs (Quick Disconnects). Game-themed sticks will usually have soldered buttons. These pics are from MarkMan:
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « A TE may cost a premium, but it's versatile. You can either leave the default Sanwa parts alone, and have the authentic arcade experience, or you can tinker a bit to change the stick component, buttons and artwork. Here's mine on Seimitsu parts with a temporary artwork for SF4... I will convert it to my favourite BB character soon! Questions - can anyone confirm if the LE is R1-only? I'm only interested in that. And is RM260 including shipping worth the price? |
