academician is oni slighlty better than the corporates oni.

the heads will forced u to do publications. ur heads will use ur title, edit a bit n chg some variables, n make it his. this happen to XXXi university.

save some bullets, run ur own business.

i hv been in edu line for 8 yrs dy....both private n public same. treating students like cash cow now.

quality comes later. quantity comes 1st ya

i cant deny about hunting for publications and quantity 1st, quality later..
though i was a mixed mode student, my sv asked me to do the r.a's work...
now r.a dia cabut lari he asked me to write papers for him..but no payment unless i do analysis-he will pay money
and my name will be 2nd name..
the bad thing is; they are so busy nak publish papers but the quality..hmm..sigh
want to do business but i am not a risk taker...
