Without forcing and stop when the nozzle stop, i can only go for 47km for the 1st bar. I think the 1st bar can actually go more than tat rite ?

Actually the fuel bar is always not accurate, as car fuel tank are not even. some level can go faster, but some very slow.

The best measure for the fc is by full tank till the empty light on, or fix amount till the light fuel light on. By depending on the bar is really can't judge.

I feel that my fuel kinda cacat a bit. The other day I saw it jumping between 3 or 2 bars.. Is it normal or my fuel gauge spoilt?

recently i check my rm20 bucks can go up to 137km. is dat good or bad?

Hai every proton saga owner.i ve some serious question to ask everyone.I bought my proton saga bout half a year ago. noticed some problems with my car and i don't really know why. am planning to tell them bout these when i next service my car but thought of asking what u guys think.

1) I repaired my left side absorber las time because it has some sound but now there is some slight sound again, very disturbing.

2) There was once while driving across a bump (din notice the bump there. hehe), there was this weird loud sound coming from some where near the tyre's spring. then i tried crossing a bump fast and the sound will be there. not sure why, maybe the spring is too tight. possible?

3) Right side (driver side) tyres... When crossing an uneven road, such as holes with the right tyres, the car would suddenly bent to the left (only feel the car moving to the left but not the steering wheel), then would turn back straight itself and both the front and back right tyres will shake (front more, back less) for a few seconds. Whereas if cross using the left side tyres, no such problem. Also, when fetching more people, this problem would be less.

I know the quality of Proton cars is a bit... hehe... but if it affects our safety,  also isn't that good. right?

did you hear it when driving on bumpy road ?
I do hear this krak krak sound, but only when I or passengers enter the car.. When driving, no sound at all... (only some rattling sound at dashboard, but I guess its normal.)

Hmm..maybe la.. today when I pump petrol, I open the fuel cap rite, then kinda got lots of air pfffttttt out. Get wat I mean?
Its like when u open soft drink bottle.

And when I pump full, supposely full la as the pumping machine stops itself and I force another Rm1 into it, and I check my fuel gauge, its 1 bar away from full tank! argh..

When u're in the 1st gear or 2nd gear, the air corn kicks in, oh my god. !! The whole car like tarik 1 lembu bhind. But then after my 2nd service, i feel smoother when the air corn kick in tat time. Now more powerful. Loving my blm more ~ 

Does anyone installed Auto-door lock function(Press brake to auto-lock) before? Is it that expensive RM200? Haven't install it yet but just now asked one shop they say is RM200. By the way, does Proton in Glenmarie provide these kind of service like to install auto door lock?

Go to Kelantan..Pump RM50 can last till 390km..dont know good or not..average speed around 100kmh..max speed 130kmh only..somemore no traffic jam..
btw, finished 3rd service at 12k..proton service centre told me need to make interval 5k service again at 17k...but in service booklet, major service at 20k...ermm..can i service outside at 17k? ..

But in sevice booklet dont have 17k service...only 20k...

my sc used semi synthetic but yet they say next service will be 20k...? it should be fully synthetic right?

Today i tried to change the air-con option so it use the outside air (previously i use inside air) using the dial knob on the right of AC fan speed knob. I found out that air (from outside) will come out through the air con blower even if i turn the AC fan off. Is this normal?

last time when i'm thinking to buy it cost RM37.5k = Manual, Mline Metalic
now it cost 40.5k, a whoppping 3k increase? That is so crazy increase 10%, what is the advantage it add ?
Remmeber last time i ask about end of 08, it cost extra 1.5k as it add tinted, but now another 1.5k for nothing?

when I bought the same (a) M-Line it was RM39,998 like that. and based on the quote by a forumer here,(on previous page) it does increase about RM3k.

you know smokey, i still yet send my car to do 2nd service for like ermm since 6-7 months ago
However, i will send it next month when it reached 6000++km
(Last month i still send my car to SC to repair stuff and is free under warranty  )
When you service, one of the things to changed is the engine oil
Engine oil change is upon 6000km++
Now oni 2000km, then go and service ma bazir leh ~ my 5 cents

But if you feel uneasy, maybe may go service first? Or heed others' advice the most is two months?
