I have to compliment benq services indeed.
I has been using benq s41 (nvidia 8600m gs) for 1.5 years and on 31 Aug the laptop died because of the graphic card.
The next day (1 Sept) I took to ANDA Service Network @ PJU3 for warranty repair (My laptop have 2 yrs waranty).
Then today (3 Sept) I got back my laptop, with a new motherboard for FREE.
They claim that its the graphic card faulty, but as the card is with the mobo, so need to change a new mobo.
They also assure that if in future same case occur again, they will replace new mobo for free even after warranty period as long as there are still stock.
