Registration can only be done at selected dealers nationwide. Lookout for Hotlink dealers that displays the Hotlink Youth Club banner & bunting next week.

Registration is also simple. Just produce your student ID and IC to either buy a new Youth Club simpack, migrate your existing Hotlink Plan to Youth Club or port-in from other network.

The voice rates are 12 cents for maxis to maxis and 15 cents to other network and its on 30 seconds block! SMS is 1 cents & 5 cents.

There's no more zones meaning you can enjoy the rates anywhere you are and upon signing up, you have 4 years of validity. If I'm not mistaken, to maintain the perks you only need to top up a minimum of RM10 a year! Cool eh?

Added on April 3, 2009, 1:01 amBtw, it's open to all college or university students. As long as you are a student above 18 years old, have valid student ID, you are eligible. Let's say that after the 4 years period and for unlucky reasons you are still studying, you can re-register under the plan and get another 4 years validity!

And there's more rewards and freebies in store. I heard that they will have some roadshows at selected campuses nationwide soon.

Yes not all campuses have appointed dealers inside but they are trying to maximize reach by appointing dealers within the campuses vicinity. The best bet is to go to the nearest big campuses area, for sure you'll see one nearby.

Those who are living or studying at/near Subang Taylors, Inti, Metropolitan etc can get their HYC registration at Asia Cafe tomorrow! There's a Maxis dealer inside and the promo would be there.

In fact any students above 18 with valid student ID can come and register. Btw, even if you just migrate from normal hotlink plan to HYC, once activated you'll get the 4 years validity.

Do secondary school allows HYC dealers to come in during break? I thought of asking them to come to my brother's school. Easier..

once again, i blur again..... about thier website 's info,
at FAQ,
Who is eligible to subscribe to this club?
All Hotlink, non-Hotlink and new customers who hold a valid local Student ID are eligible to subscribe to Hotlink Youth Club to enjoy this offer.

at term & condition,
Each student may have up to TWO (2) Hotlink Youth Club lines. At the point of purchase, the student must present a valid student identification card and a copy of his/her Mykad or passport (for foreign student) to verify his/her attachment with the respective tertiary institution.

based on above
here are my question, and i believe are others question too,

- 'All' students are eligible to subscribe? including secondary school?
or it just limited to tertiary institution( college/university) student only

- If it only limited to tertiary institution, where is the list of tertiary institution students that able to subscribe? there is no list, just has a location where to get, or find in the location?

anyone had ask hotlink about this?

Yes from last friday, now all students from secondary school onwards are eligible to subscribe to the plan.
