guys, i hv a doubt.
tis only mention abt calling out rate. how abt calling in from others operator? say, calling from a DIGI line to my Hotlink link. is it they are goin to charge for 15cents/min or they will be charged at a higher rate? any1 has tried? coz i afraid it would be like Happy, calling out is cheap but calling in is the entirely diff story.
