i am current hotlink prepaid user, and if i want to change to hotlink youth club, i have to buy a new sim pack...then, how bout the balance and hotlink point? can transfer ?

i go to maxis center in KLCC and they told me that this hotlink youth club package is no more ady ...wat the ...
i wonder the service they provided r lousy .... time for hotlink to improve their customer service and ensure their staff learn about all current information and their package ....wat a shame .... |
