My sister successfully changed to HYC plan from her Hotlink plan. Went to Maxis Centre on Friday, done on Monday. Why some of you cannot convert directly? My sister did it in Taman Segar branch, Cheras. Try your luck there if other Maxis Centre doesn't allow you to convert directly.
