There will be 2 new block of New Apartment behind Bintang Mas condo . This is the bad new for the Bintang Mas condo as they will no longer enjoy the less crowded environment at the area. Some more all their KL View unit will be block by the Apartment and you can expected more noise from the construction .it will also make more traffic which is already bad .

The price of the Bintang Mas condo should fall shortly once the Launching of the New Apartment. I still gather more detail on this Apartment
The initiate price for this apartment should be RM 124k for 750sqt . 3R2B if i not mistaken . one car park per lot . This may be a good opportunity to invest there as this unit is only 100m with the LRT station. Imagine you are taking 100k loan , for the current BLR , we may only need to paid 400-500 for the 30 year installment .

No, i don't have the name and link. It is quite new .

The developer is is Amber Resource and you may go to their office to have a view . Their office is in the Sri Mas Condo at Bandar permaisuri .

Did you guys go in to the Sri Mas condo ? the amber resource is in the sri mas condo right after the main gate .The entrance is 2 black glass door and you need to press the door bell before you go in.

They still haven't launch the condo , just pre-register available .

the officer who answered said that it is a medium cost apartment. 750sqf at the price of rm124k.
the maintenance charge is rm100 per month.
leasehold.
now open for registration.
need to come to their office monday - friday untiull 5.30 pm only.
closed on saturday and sunday

i been view the amber apt.
dont u all think is expensive? for 750sf only?
i am willing to buy 1 unit,but since my friend say is too much.
can get a suggestion or comment from u all?

This is actually a low to medium cost flat, IMO it's not cheap at all. Besides, it is surrounded by plenty of older low cost flats. IMO, not really for investment but if you dun mind staying in a low to medium cost flat, then okay loh...

how much is the booking payment?
how much is the deposit?
is there many units left?

Checked with them, if I'm not wrong prices are from around RM130K or something but this is after all a low to medium cost flat, so IMO it is quite expensive. Most flats around this proposed development I think cost between RM40K to RM50K only...those walk-up old low cost flats.

IMO, i guess it kinda over priced apartment and it is leasehold.

You see the density of the apartment as it will be very crowded. Not mentioned abt the location, since there was an existing highrise, do you think there will be sufficient parking around since people these days can afford more than one car per family?

the area is crowded.
maybe it is correct that it is overpriced.. since it is just 750sqft.

but, regarding the density, does it is common scenario in any area close to LRT to be high density.
is it shows that lot of people love the area, making it good for investment purpose?

It's cheap for temporary stay if you're renting a place now. I doubt you will make much if you flip

There is another project which sold out before it launch for Amber resource project. It is beside the cheras LRT station. So bad that not able to get any unit . Guess we need some specially process to get the unit ?
