There will be 2 new block of New Apartment behind Bintang Mas condo . This is the bad new for the Bintang Mas condo as they will no longer enjoy the  less crowded environment at the area. Some more all their KL View unit will be block by the Apartment and you can expected more noise from the construction .it will also make more traffic which is already bad .

The price of the Bintang Mas condo should fall shortly  once the Launching of the New Apartment.  I still gather more detail on this Apartment
The initiate price for this apartment should be RM 124k for 750sqt . 3R2B if i not mistaken . one car park per lot . This may be a good opportunity to invest there as this unit is only 100m with the LRT station. Imagine you are taking 100k loan , for the current BLR , we may only need to paid 400-500 for the 30 year installment .
