i been view the amber apt.
dont u all think is expensive? for 750sf only?
i am willing to buy 1 unit,but since my friend say is too much.
can get a suggestion or comment from u all?

This is actually a low to medium cost flat, IMO it's not cheap at all. Besides, it is surrounded by plenty of older low cost flats. IMO, not really for investment but if you dun mind staying in a low to medium cost flat, then okay loh...

Checked with them, if I'm not wrong prices are from around RM130K or something but this is after all a low to medium cost flat, so IMO it is quite expensive. Most flats around this proposed development I think cost between RM40K to RM50K only...those walk-up old low cost flats.

IMO, i guess it kinda over priced apartment and it is leasehold.

You see the density of the apartment as it will be very crowded. Not mentioned abt the location, since there was an existing highrise, do you think there will be sufficient parking around since people these days can afford more than one car per family?

My dua cents opinion...

yeah.. you are right clement,
the area is crowded.
maybe it is correct that it is overpriced.. since it is just 750sqft. sweat.gif

but, regarding the density, does it is common scenario in any area close to LRT to be high density.
is it shows that lot of people love the area, making it good for investment purpose?

Me too , Sold out in 3 day and not able to get any unit .... Ahh, i had been waiting for long and alway call them ask for the launching but end out sold out .....

i was interested last two months.
but since i lost in finding the location, i canceled my plan and turn to by other service apartment in cyberjaya.
no wonder it is sold out so fast because they already receove booking before the launch

the price is expensive becoz this house is fully renovate. i.e : all room got parquet, kitchen cabinet, plaster syiling and many more

ya, agree casey, its extreamly small size and with high prices. prices is it confirmed?

There is another project which sold out before it launch for Amber resource project. It is beside the cheras LRT station. So bad that not able to get any unit . Guess we need some specially process to get the unit ?
