Able to get 9.9k score with latest driver (9.3).

But no screenshot due to I open cpuz then gpuz and my comp hang. Wonder why.

actually to pair fxb w/ x3 720be is a 'lil bit overkill coz d board is meant for bigger chips imo. biostar would be a better match, don't get fooled by my statements of "dfi is better than biostar" coz i've seen some ppl doin as great w their biostar 790gx boards. i didn't manage to hit higher clocks on biostar due to my lack of expertise, not becoz d board was lousy. at d end of d day, it's d user that matter more than d hardwares in used. a decent & value board can perform godly in d hand of an expert, in contrary, a superb board like fxb can be an average board in hands of normal user like me. and to spend few hundreds buck just for d sake of squeezin out few more hundreds of MHz really depend on thickness of ya wallet. i'd say not worth it coz another 5 or 6 months down d road we'll be seein new board w greater chipsets for am3. why not "tahan" while waitin then upgrade to a newer platform soon coz 6 months aint really that long if u can control d addict for upgradin... ya board was one of d best sb600 boards...

sometimes i really blame amd for d late release of 790fx/gx + sb750 boards, if these boards were available earlier, atleast some of us won't be in doubt to change to ddr3 platform very soon. imagine spendin > RM500 on a board is not easy for some of us (less luck in tersepak $$$ kat tepi jalan), then few months later, come these 890fx or whatsoever ddr3 boards, it's like omg and/or wtf to us. i sure luv tryin out new stuffs but if d upgrades are not so pocket friendly then i must put all these itchiness to an end...

but i dunoe how with ATI card, as i noe, nVIDIA card(9800 n above ) can run in idle condition too... it can run in energy saving mode for normal usage/idle.

spreading oni good for the non-HDTtech HSF, for HDT type, better let it spread by itself when u tighten it..
u may try n erro, put the TIM, thighten ur HSF, take it out to check the spreading, if not nice retry with another way until u get the nice spreading..
