Isnt CPU NB FID is the Northbridge Multiplier?

So if there is CPU NB-FID option in my BIOS i can be considered lucky?

I know this 9150e sound n00b but no choice its the only cheapest X4 which i need it.If i can get ard the speed u said,its just about 10% slower than 9950(stock) which is not bad..I guess..

9150 no TLB bug one..All with 50 at end of number is B3.
Yeah the bad thing is,EE version overclock not so good..or worst..

Guys..whats the prob here..Software or what?
on BIOS it shows 2295 but on Windows it shows 1195
If say power saving feature not also,even stressed still stay at the 1195 ..
What do u guys think?

NB Frequency limiting my push(i guess)
But the good thing is..its just 1.18V(stock VCore is 1.15V)

There's no NB-FID option in my BIOS..Screw abit

EDIT: I dont know whether this is software bug or what.All CPUZ,Everest..etc didnt detect my clock speed properly Or its my mistake?But my BIOS and My Computer Properties shows 2.3Ghz..The rest(software) shows 1.1Ghz
why this happend?

IINM..i saw the Athlon X4 Review..and the results was about the same as current Phenom(all stock clock)..
MAYBE that Athlon X4 has better overclocking capability,it(Athlon X4) might end up faster than Phenom..
