1.AM3 is a new socket but the "New" for now is not so nice.It uses DDR3.However,you can plug in AM3 Processor on AM2+ mobo but u have to use DDR2.

2.Yes it can be either,vice versa.However,it might be some hardware/features limited,such as HTT..etc

3.Nope,AM2 Processor cannot be use on AM3 Motherboard,but AM3 Processor can be use on AM2 Motherboard

4.AM2 and AM2+ has no different i think,but on AM3 there is,there is 1 pin lost on the processor pin(IINM)

I think it can(about the performance in gaming).
Because..i see review difference on 9950 and 9130e around 15% only(diff also clock speed)..
Cannot keep nia - -..
Need to sell it then only enough..
..Anyone interested?

2.4~2.6Ghz considered good already..can achieve 9950 stock performance lor which is not really bad
