ALL Sata is in AHCI...so with IDE ..this will make the proc prossesing the converting from ahci to ide....

bout the answer microsoft .....win7 is under testing .we still working on..

AHCI mode is good for long term usage...like ur proc got CnQ ...HDD also got smart option.only will work fully with AHCI ...so will no kill ur hdd eazly

what's wrong w/ usin a beta bios? usually beta bioses are tweaked version of official bios, which imo is better.

I want 3.1ghz only. Yesterday tried but still restart @ 1.45v.

But US version still don't have it yet. So it is safe?

How can the slot be faulty, usually faulty slot will results in no display at all...

See if I could manage to do it after work..

simple way to find out weather u got wrongly adjusted the bios is load the optimized settings and see what happens...
