Virus/Malware can't install gom player, killgom.exe is blocking ! virus?

whenever I try to install Gomplayer...the setup will be stopped in the half way installing it .
the setup will generate a .exe file named killgom.exe in the targeted file which I wanted to install gomplayer .


the killgom.exe is 3.5KB in size

I had run a full scan with antivir, but no luck fixing it .

if i'm not mistaken its a malware...try using a malware removal tool..new updated one if can..google for it..n get the best one with lots of recomendation..

Killgom is a false positive file. Please get a decent antivirus software. My Kaspersky can't detect anything from it.

Same file size too.

my antivirus didnt even detect kimgom.exe as virus/malware

my problem is gom player can't be installed .

decent ??? I dont want to try to run every single antivirus...very time consuming .

Try use Superantispyware free edition. It has high detection rate.

Oh I thought the problem is your Antivir is blocking and you think that Killgom.exe is a virus. My bad.

Erm... Issit the latest version? Actually I don't know how to help you =P

if gomplayer doesn't install. Try VLC player or CCCP. Both also are players that doesn't need external codecs packs. But, yeah I am using gomplayer. It's really good product.
