I went for the equities analyst position, and from previous posts from sb who went for IT position, i guess the interview process quite similiar across different positions.

my case is 3 essays (explain and tell sth about yourself) + 4 sets : IQ+numerical+ verbal + ??? tests (similar to other assessments in banking jobs, maybe they want to show that they are selective, so they give 4 sets instead of the usual 2 sets) + 1 group interview. I went there 9am and went back 3pm. (break in between).
