Sure ma.. he try to convince you that he not scammer until u realize it.. i also don't think he is a scammer. deal with him by sms, said he will refund the money after unsuccessful deal, but until now no refund...

police report, and try look for him to settle...mr.codex already provide the info, maybe can use this info to do police report for those who havent make any... btw this guy is serious con-ing ppl and scam a lot, u guys shudnt give anymore chance for him to clarify...very obvious he con 1 by 1, just hand him to the police...

some ppl claim that they know the actual yip_man n he's a chinese, not a malay...he also has multiple hp no. I dunno which is true which is false, but i think we should meet up n go to the address provided by mr.codex, so that we can at least track more info out of it

as for me i prefer to go to his house with a "backup"
if possible bring 5-6 people with you and make sure they know how to fight JUST IN CASE this scammer happened to be aggresive
he cant run as we know where his family staying, the next things if he cant settled the things is to bring the police =)

i agree with codex...we should remain calm while solving this problem up...calm down kazalan_kamitake, im furious as hell too...but i believe if we work together, we should be able to get this con case solved in no time...
